Zero Liquid Discharge of Effluent discharged from processing units is achieved by following all the systems advised by TNPCB

- Heat recovery system set up under the guidance of central govt scheme and being practiced successfully.
- Salt recovery is done to reuse and reduce the TDS handling in Effluent treatment system.
- Condensate recovery is done with latest equipment from Forbes marshall that assures the best heat energy saving.
- Lowest possible material liquor ratio and the procedure of process ensures the efficient production with quality.
- Spare provision at all Bottlenecks are provided to avoid the stoppage of production due to any reason which may affect delivery commitment and customer.
Waste Water Recovery
Wastewater heat recovery is a process where the heat from wastewater is recovered and reused to heat water or air. The system is implemented with the support of Centre for Energy Environment and Productivity
These save energy and money, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Steam Condensate Recovery
A steam condensate recovery system is a type of equipment that is used to recover the water that is condensed from steam.
The main purpose of a steam condensate recovery system is to improve the efficiency of the steam system by reducing the amount of water that is lost through condensation.
This system is helpful in situations where there is a need to reduce the cost of water consumption or when there is a need to save on energy usage.
